One of the fun things to plan for before a newborn baby arrives is the babymoon.   Tropical destinations like Bermuda, Hawaii, and Mexico are very popular and taking the time to vacation together as a couple is highly recommended.

Mandi and Darren chose the warm tropical location of Playa del Carmen for their babymoon.  Traveling from the Pacific Northwest where winters are notoriously rainy during the winter months, escaping to Mexico in December made perfect sense.  It was a great opportunity to enjoy some sun and some extra special bonding time together.

Mandi and Darren stayed at the Azul Fives Hotel in Playa del Carmen.  The property is absolutely stunning and offers beautiful views overlooking the ocean.  The hotel property made the perfect setting for the couple’s maternity session in Mexico.
